Matt Tall

Matt brings over 31 years of expertise in manufacturing, robotics, and automation. His career includes leadership roles at major automotive companies like General Motors, Ford, and Mercedes-Benz, as well as pivotal contributions to two electric vehicle startups. Before joining Resia, Matt was the Vice President of Global Manufacturing at an EV startup, where he managed a workforce of over 400 plant employees and led a team of 50 advanced manufacturing engineers.

Matt's diverse skill set spans program management, product development, standardization, and contract negotiations. He holds a PMP certification, a Master’s degree in leadership studies, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. At Resia, Matt oversees manufacturing operations and integrates advanced automation systems to enhance efficiency and scalability in delivering high-quality prefabricated building solutions.
